Laser Systems

A customer came to us with a basic outline for a laser scanning system for an automated semiconductor wafer inspection machine. They needed a fast turnaround to meet a demanding production schedule.

Inov was able to take command of the situation. We quicky produced a simplified optical design in the one week that was serviceable, and had adjustments built in that the end user would need.

The opto-mechanical design incorporated adjustable mount for production alignment, yet was stable and lockable to hold precise alignment, during the shipment of the scan head to Japan. The system was put into use and production soared.
